Take a moment to reflect as you sip on a cold drink with your toes in the sand and relax into the night as we close the evening with a tranquil yoga practice once again.

April 23rd
4pm - Yoga Detox
This class will be designed to let you unwind from the flight over to Punta Cana, and begin the process of tossing the 'extra' baggage you came with into the passing ocean tide. We will start the process of detoxing, releasing the body of stress, the mind from the clutter of life and we will begin the process to letting the spirit fly as those heavy weights are lifted.
April 24th
5:45am- Sunrise Meditation
(each morning we will start off our days with morning Meditation, to bring a clarity and focus to each day).
7am - Morning Yoga Practice
(Each morning practice will be designed to release those unwanted doubts, past regrets and nagging negativity. Slowly we will being to open the heart and mind to the unfathomable possibilities that exists in you.).
1pm- Surprise special activity
4pm- Evening Yoga Practice
(Each evening practice will be designed to help unwind the mind, and open even the subconscious mind to finding what you really want and who you truly are).
